It has
been good experience overall with a few things still unsettled from my end.
Waking up early in the morning at 6am was a dream come true. I will confess I
hate it though. I get to office and on the way to the facility so neatly
designed for the 2012 recruits, I see several new faces each day. May be that’s
why it is said not all day is the same. I feel good about that!
FCGs (Ford
College Graduates) is how we are
addressed at FIPL (Ford India). We are noticed by almost everybody for few
of us do not have uniforms stitched yet . There has been good amount of information
shared from various departments. Now it is left to us how much we relate to while
in practical sessions. The mere thought of it turns butterflies flutter in my
stomach. Nevertheless, “I am all fine” is what is visible to others. Back home
I don’t have strength enough to share my day with parents. I am happy we still
dine together. I am off to bed or according to my parents half-dead by 11 pm.
Amongst all the cherished
moments, will not deny I have mixed feelings for a few things. For now will
keep to myself until I understand the complete nuances of those circumstances.
The social work taken up by FIPL laid the foundation for group work and thus I
got to learn a lot of them. I would like to stop here for now and will post about
the journey as and when my mind recommends!
